Jews in the Post-War World By Max Gottschalk

This book by Max Gottschalk is a comprehensive review which documents the huge undertakings of Jews after Nazi rule and the profound effect it had on such a huge number of people. This book is also sponsored by the American Jewish Committee and is rather like a manual on the how to cope with life after the atrocities.

Both Max Gottschalk and Abraham G. Duker are competent scholars who are trying to shed light on the whole situation faced by the Jews in the late 1940’s and onwards. Every aspect of the Nazi rule and problems for Jews in the Post-War world are covered, and this book has proved highly successful, not only when it was published in 1945 but also through generations since because of the way it covers the decisive tragedy of Nazi rule and the annihilation of European Jews.
